What is Best for me?
Do you get caught up with what is the BEST way to lose weight?
Its actually quite simple…
- You must be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. This means you must burn more calories per day through any form of movement and non-movement versus what you eat and drink
- Aim to target 10,000-12,000 steps per day
- Ensure you are getting resistance sessions in at least 3 times per week for 30 minutes per session
- Drink a minimum of 2.5 litres of water per day
- Ensure you are getting enough sleep to allow your body to recover and repair.
