What initially prompted you to start training with Chodat Fitness? I have been with team Chodat for many years, but initially was to loose weight and vary my levels of activity.
What is your current goal, or next mini goal you are looking to achieve? Long term goal is to get to a manageable weight, improve my strength and conditioning
What’s your biggest achievement so far? Have increased my fitness levels and strength over the years!
How has your lifestyle changed? I’m more accountable for what goes into and out of my body.
What is one piece of advice you would like to give to others just starting out? Your health and fitness starts with you! It’s not a race, define what your long term goals are then set mini goals to achieve them. Use the trainers at Chodat Fitness to help mould you into what you want to be, they are your tools.
