Dragan Marijan was nominated by not one, but three Chodat trainers for his commitment and determination to continue training despite setback.
1.What initially prompted you to start training with Chodat Fitness?
I knew Lukas from school and knew that Chodat Fitness wold be a positive environment I needed to make a change and create the life balance I need.
2.What is your current goal, or next mini goal you are looking to achieve?
Initial goal was to lose 20kg that I had recently gained. I have lost 15kg in 3 months via consistent training sessions with the team, doing PT and groups.
3.What do you enjoy most about training? I love how I get to unwind doing the exercise and it helps me get back into shape. I enjoy having a chatting with members and staff.
4.How has your lifestyle changed? I have focused on being consistent and achieving my goals and this has changed my out look and general focus.
5. What is one piece of advice you would like to give to others just starting out? Well first it is hard, it hurts, aches and plenty of colourful language is present. Some days you just don’t want to persist but it does benefit you in the long term, in my case it has helped me learn to just breath and relax, as best as I can and to enjoy the day.
