June’s member of the month was nominated by several trainers for his astonishing commitment to his training which has resulted in a weight loss of over 23kg so far and his ability to make a change! He is also completing our Winter Hump A Healthier You Transformation…watch this space.

1. What initially prompted you to start training with Chodat fitness? 
I was considering how to go about loosing weight and was recommended by family members already with Chodat.

2. What is your current goal, or next mini goal you are looking to achieve? 
My current goal is to continue the good work that’s been done so far and get back my more active lifestyle I had when i was younger.
3. What’s your biggest achievement so far? 
Biggest achievement so far is the weight loss to date
4. What do you enjoy most about training? 
Having someone to help push you to work a bit harder in those times you would normally take the easy option.
5. How has your lifestyle changed?
A lot more active now and can do things like taking the stairs without having to worry about being exhausted at the top!
6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give to others just starting out?
 You don’t have to try and get there on your own, find someone like the team at Chodat fitness that are as interested in you reaching your goals as you are to help along your journey.
