John lost 2.1kg and 11cm during the March 2015 A Healthier You Program, his goal was weight loss and education about food and calorie intake. John has learnt that food choice is imperative to your fitness program and that calorie counting and assessment of your food intake is key to reaching your health and weight loss goals. John is continuing his weight loss journey with his new skills and we will keep you up to date with his progress!
