There are many benefits how exercise can benefit the mind, these benefits include:

- Improving or maintaining physical strength and fitness also boosts the cognitive performance of healthy individual , from people of all ages and with different cognitive impairments
- Physical fitness has also show positive changes in brain structure
- Improved physical strength and fitness generally provides more energy for the body which in turn creates a higher level or alertness and cognitive processing for our brain
