‘A Healthier You’ March 2015 Results Are In!
We had 7 participants embark on the ‘A Healthier You’ journey for March 2015 with a common goal to tone up, lose centimetres and pursue healthier eating habits for the long term.
The 6 week personalised program provided food and exercise plans and encouraged participants to keep accountable with their personal goals by submitting a weekly food and exercise diary to be reviewed by their coach. Weekly email correspondence to participants included recipes, tips & tricks designed to educate and support participants to achieve their health goals.
There was a few up and down’s over the past 6 weeks for most participants which is common as we try to break habits and create positive lifestyle changes. With persistence, we know you will all keep going and reach your goals. We wish you all the best!

Clare B: Lost 4kg and 13cm. Her goal was weight loss and increased muscle tone. He next aim is to get to 75kg by 26th May…stay posted.
John Hennessey: Lost 2.1kg and 11cm. His goal was weight loss and cleaner eating. John’s journey will be continuing to achieve more weight loss.

The next ‘A Healthier You’ Program starts on June 1st 2015. This will be a ‘HUMP BUSTER CHALLENGE’ the program and will run for the entire 13 weeks of the Winter Hump Challenge.
