Last WOM for the year!

This workout involvesĀ completing as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes.

ROUND 1:

10 x burpees

10 x push ups

100m row

ROUND 2:

12 x burpees

12 x push ups

100m row

ROUND 3:

14 x burpees

14 x push ups

100m row

Each round the number of reps for increases by 2, while the rower remains at 100 meters.
