TEAM RESULTS: Total Team Weight Loss 24.8kg and Total Body Centimetres lost 72.5cm!

Well done to all 14 participants of July’s ‘A Healthier You’ Program. The program delivered food and exercise guidance and participants complete a weekly food and exercise diary to be reviewed weekly by their coach. Weekly emails with recipes, tips & tricks and group focal points were received with the purpose of accountability and increased education to support participant to achieve their health goals.

For many, this 6 week program is just the start of an ongoing lifestyle change and served as a kick start for new habits.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS:Sue Ried Snip Picture

Sue Reid: Lost 5.2kg and 12cm. Her goal was weight loss and increased fitness levels.

Mel Sheppard: Lost 5kg and 13cm. Her goal was weight loss.

Stacey Zanella: Lost 3.1kg and 18cm. Her goal was weight loss and toning. She also took up the 2 personal training sessions with her package to amp up her fitness levels. Click to read moreStacey Zanella Snip Pic 2014 July

Lucy McBeath: Lost 3kg and 5cm. Her goal was weight loss and consistency with changes.

Alison Eaton: Lost 3.3kg and 8.5cm. Her goal was weight loss. Click to read more

Kath Docherty: Lost 1.4kg and 3.5cm. Her  goal was weight loss. She is now completing some additional personal training sessions to assist her with her ongoing health and fitness goals.

Megan Patino: Lost 1.5kg and 6cm. Her goal was weight loss and she completed 2 personal training sessions with her package, however now continues personal training weekly to maintain momentum with her goals.

Mel Hutchinson: Lost 4.5cm. Her goal was weight loss and consistently healthier eating habits. Mel is Also continuing personal training sessions twice a week to support her in achieving her weight loss and fitness goals.

Daniella Sorrentino: Lost 2.3kg and 2cm. Her goal was weight loss and she also completed 2 personal training sessions to maximise her results.

Jenna Bottele:  Lost 9.5cm and also took up the 2 personal training sessions. A mother of 3, Jenna is an inspirational powerhouse in the gym and continues ongoing personal training to help with her weight and fitness goals.
